Adam is dedicated to creating a positive, development-focused environment for players and coaches alike. He emphasizes strong communication, honest feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His goal is to ensure that every player in the program develops not only as a soccer player, but also as a confident and disciplined individual.

Johnny Collins is a A–licensed soccer coach with more than three decades of experience developing players and teams across a wide range of competitive environments. Having led training sessions and programs internationally, he brings a global perspective to player development while maintaining a strong connection to his local roots in Upper Dublin.
