Refund policy

Warminster Sports  Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Warminster Sports  Academy , we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and consistency for all families, players, and renters, we follow the policy below:

Training Sessions & Classes

  • Each player is eligible for one (1) make-up class per season if a session is missed.
  • Missed sessions without notice (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

Field & Facility Rentals

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days are eligible for a 50% credit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Events & Camps

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days are eligible for a 50% credit.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If Warminster Sports  Academy  must cancel due to weather, safety, or facility issues, a full credit or rescheduled session will be provided.
